    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Track your package using the tracking link sent to your email after shipment. EU standard delivery takes 3–7 working days. Minor delays may happen due to courier backlogs. Contact us with your order number if your parcel is overdue.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Warehouse shipment and courier delivery are paused on public holidays across Europe. Goods will be dispatched and delivered on the next working day.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    We deliver to most EU postcodes. Input your postcode at checkout to check availability automatically. Reach support if you have special address concerns.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is only offered for major German cities for orders placed before the daily cutoff time. It is a paid optional service and not applicable to cross-border EU regions or oversized items.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Standard packages need no signature. Couriers will leave goods at your door or nearby parcel points. Signature is only required for high-value leather merchandise.
